Please note: There is an unfenced river across the road from the property. Small/meduim size dogs only. Please note: Couples and families only.. Set on the banks of the Great Ouse and boasting glorious riverside views, this delightful cottage, one of a pair, enjoys the perfect location for fishing, walking, cycling or simply watching the waterborne world go by. Locally sourced produce will also be supplied to get your holiday off to a great start. With its pretty interior and garden, it provides an ideal holiday base for all seasons. The historic market town of Downham Market (5 miles), Welney Wetlands wildlife reserve, Denver windmill for cream teas, the Queen’s Estate at Sandringham, Hunstanton for family fun, pretty fishing villages and the cities of Cambridge, Ely and Norwich are all within easy reach. Hunstanton is 50-minute drive and makes a great day out with Sea Life Centre, swimming pool and more. Other places to visit include Holkham Hall and Estate and Wells-next-the-Sea. Local produce is available within 2 miles, and there is also a garden centre. The local village has a pub, butchers, groceries and all essentials. Shops and pubs at nearby villages Denver, Hillgay and Southery up to 3 miles away from the property.
