Kitchen/dining room: With Aga, electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Storage room: With storage for coats and boots.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With twin beds and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.

Separate toilet.. Fan heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, available locally thereafter. Wi-Fi, £15 per week. Small enclosed garden with patio, terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. Tennis court available on request. Ample private parking. Bike store. No smoking. Please note: There in an unfenced pond in the grounds.. In the heart of Teesdale, on the edge of the North Pennines in an AONB, this detached character cottage stands within the grounds of Eggleston Hall, famed for its nursery garden and association with the TV series Ladette to Lady. There is a gift shop and café/bistro in its grounds. Many original features add to the character of this holiday cottage. A haven for nature lovers, walkers and fishermen, with High Force waterfall, Bowes museum, Raby Castle, Barnard Castle and town of Richmond nearby. Shop 6 miles, two pubs, one 200 yards.

This property is considered unsuitable for the less mobile. Initial fuel for the woodburner included, thereafter available locally at cost.
