The apartment is located in a new complex directly flanked by the bike path. Quiet area. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is tastefully furnished. It has a large double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe and safe, bathroom with shower, processing, large living room with comfortable sofa (double bed) and TV-Sat. Kitchenette (including dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge, separate freezer compartment, toaster, water boiler, moka bialetti, small electric oven), washing machine, air conditioning, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, covered terrace with table / outdoor chairs and two deckchairs. In the basement there is a private garage and private cellar to store any bikes.

Great location, very well equipped

Lovely clean apartment located close to the lake and amenities. Rosanna was a great host and very helpful. Riva del Garda has lots to do for all ages and a great base to discover more.

Wir verbrachten erholsame Tage in einer modern ausgestatteten und super geschnittenen Wohnung. Die Beschreibung trifft vollständig zu. Wir genossen besonders die Klimaanlage, den Außenbereich und die ruhige Lage direkt am Radweg.

Wir wurden persönlich von der Gastgeberin empfangenen 👍und erhielten eine kurze Wohnungseinweisung 👍. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen zentralen Lage. Die Wohnungsausstattung einschließlich Tiefgarage und Keller sind sehr großzügig bzw. einzigartig gebaut.

Tolle Ausstattung und Gastfreundschaft

Das Appartement ist wohltuend modern ausgestattet. Toll ist der Mini-Backofen! Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man ist in gut 10 Min. zu Fuß am See.
