This property has a security deposit of £150 and a natural water supply from a well.

There is a winter fuel supplement of £40 and Hot Tub supplement of £25.00 payable in cash on arrival for bookings between October and April inclusive.
The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.

On arrival, please present a current debit/credit card to the owners who hold PCI Compliance. The owners then reserve the right, to charge up to £150 on departure in the unlikely event of any theft, damage or misuse to/of the property and or its' contents". This cannot be paid in cash. An imprint of a valid credit or debit card will be taken.
