Garage with freezer. Enclosed ½-acre lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Set in a quiet residential street, just 200 yards from the beautiful, sandy beach, this detached bungalow enjoys a great position within the sought after village of Mundesley. The property has the benefit of both a conservatory and sun room with doors leading to the patio.

With a great beach, lots of local amenities and great places to eat and drink, you may be tempted to park up and stay within the village, but those looking to explore a little further afield will be spoilt for choice. Nearby Cromer also offers a lovely beach, along with an Edwardian seafront and promenade, a world famous pier offering end of pier shows, a zoo, cinema and a host of other seaside attractions. In fact, coast lovers could travel east or west to discover lots of differing coastal habitats. Head east to Great Yarmouth and all the fun of the fair, or head west to Wells-next-the-Sea and explore the much photographed quay and narrow gauge railway.



Also within easy reach lies the gateway to the famous Norfolk Broads, where you can hire a day launch or join an organised cruise and drift along these peaceful waterways. How lovely to return to Sea La Vie each evening to dream of the next day’s adventures, perhaps in the large gardens or by the wood burner. Beach 200 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

The most well equipped cottage that we have been to. Excellent enclosed gardens for the dogs and the beach a five minute walk away.We had a small problem with the televion when we first used it which the owner came and corrected within a few hours.

We loved our cosy stay here and the sun shone for us all week, even though it was frosty.

We loved our cosy stay here and the sun shone for us all week, even though it was frosty. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dogs and the daily walks to the beach were lovely. Plenty of dog walks close by and a park to throw a ball in made it super for our furry family.The pub was close by and the fish and chip and Chinese takeaways were all used by us, without having to use the car.Definitely one to use again and thank you for the yummy cookies!

What a lovely place, perfect location with plenty locally.

What a lovely place, perfect location with plenty locally. Beach af the end of the road which is fantastic for walking the dog. Good bus service into Crome, which we used and walked back along the costal path. Chinese take away, chip shop and bakery, all within a few minutes. Highly recommend but please don’t tell everyone as we want to ho back.

Lovely bungalow, is very well equipped and has a lovely enclosed garden.

Lovely bungalow, is very well equipped and has a lovely enclosed garden. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away and ideal for long dog walks. We spent Christmas at Sea La Vie, the owners had put up some decorations and there was a real Christmas tree in the lounge (very unexpected). There was also a lovely bouquet of flowers and milk in the fridge on arrival. I would definitely recommend this property and location.
