This elegant and comfortable 107sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building that still retains its peculiar characteristics, in an elegant setting in the heart of Ortigia and in the historic center. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has a large and comfortable living room with a sitting area and a double sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchen, equipped bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in detail and makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming: you will feel just like you were at home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and several kitchen utensils. Perfect for preparing quick snacks or complete meals.

For check-in between 21:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
EUR 30 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30
Please note that it is not possible to check-in after 01.30, not even for a fee

Early check-in (before 3pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out the same day, so it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
