Brand new apartment with veranda
Attic 3 fabulous to say the least with a view of the sea, well-kept interiors, a real gem, located about 1500 meters from PESCHICI and just as far from the first beach, easily reachable because you don't pass through the town you will not come across queues and traffic lights in fact it takes 3, 4 minutes by car, this distance is to be considered relative in any case since the beaches that can be reached are a dozen. They are entirely in sand, there is both the free part and the one in concession where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. The apartment is part of a large villa divided into several apartments that make up a small family-run residence. The renovated building in 2018 has: fenced parking, garden, barbecue, coin-operated washing machine, playground, WiFi and a brand new 5x14 rectangular swimming pool with solarium and panoramic view. Great for those who want to enjoy a real holiday in the Gargano. The price varies based on the number of people and the period.
