Large house in fantastic urbanization with pool and beach

Villa in private and quiet urbanization with communal pool right next to the house and beach at 30 meters (ie 3 min walk, in a straight line and flat). The house, recently renovated, consists of 2 floors and a roof terrace. Ground floor: living room and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: 4 double and exterior bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one of them inside the main room). The house also has a front porch with direct access to the kitchen ideal for fantastic breakfasts, and a large backyard of about 50 m2 with large table for dinner (if you want to put a large plate with butane gas for cooking in the same patio) and space to be, play, sunbathe ... The house is spacious and very comfortable. The always ideal temperature. You can park in the same street of the house within the urbanization. You can even leave guests a closed parking space in the closed community garage.
The community pool is open from June 15 to September 15. It has a lifeguard, a large swimming pool and a children's pool and a ramp and a special motorized chair for people with reduced mobility.
The backyard has a large iron for cooking.
The urbanization is on the same promenade, very close to the Peoon de Salobreña. It is ideal to leave the car and not take it during all the holidays! ;) The white and charming town of Salobreña is a 10-minute walk away and deserves the visit of its castle, its narrow streets, ..
But if you want to take advantage of the Salobreña area, it is strategically located next to many places that are worthwhile: Granada 45 minutes by car, Malaga 50 minutes, Nerja 25 minutes. Alpujarras 50 min, Sierra Nevada 1 hour ...

Maison dans une urbanization privée et tranquile, avec une grande piscine pour tous les voisins juste à coté de la maison (et une 2ème petite piscinie pour enfants). The plage is located 30 meters from the maison, 2 min walk ...
La maison est tres belle, practice et récement réhabilitée avec une cuisine ouverte qui donne au salon et a la salle a manger. Dans cet etage il and aussi une petite salle de bain avec douche et une chambre avec 2 lits of 90cm. Au 2ème étage il and 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains (une d elle dans la chambre principale). Il and aussi au 3ème étage une petite terrasse - solarium.
Au rez-de-chaussée il and 2 terrasses, une devant plus petite avec une petite table pour des magnifiques ptits déjeuners tranquilles .. et une 2ème terrasse derriere plus grande avec une grande table pour dinner et de la place pour enfants jouent ou prendre le soleil ..
A grand atout de la maison est that dans l´urbanisation privée on peut garrer la voiture (et ne plus la prendre durant toutes les vacances si on veux;)) et aussi on compte avec une place de garage privée et couverte a availaité des locataires .
The swimming pool of the communite est ouverte du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Elle a une grande piscine et une petite pour enfants. Elle compte avec a sauveteur et une rampe d acces et une chaise motorisee pour personnes avec mobilite reduite pour rentrer dans la piscine.
L 'urbanization is located in pleine zone martime, three proche du "peñon" of Salobreña, avec la plage a coté, plusieurs restaurants, pharmacie .. tout pour pas bouger! Le village, typique village andaloue aux maisons blanches avec a ptit chateau au dessus, merit well the petite visit ..
In addition, if you are interested in pouring voyager, Salobreña is three well located, and Grenade is located 45 minutes away in voiture, Malaga 50min away, Nerja 25 minutes away and les "alpujarras" 50min away ... 4 endroits recommended by you fortement ...
