Spacious and comfortable 3 Bedroom house in beautiful area of Montego Bay,call Rose Hall . Jamaica. This house is approximately 15 minutes drive to the Donald Sangsters Airport and 25 minutes drive to town centre and 20 minutes to the beaches. The house has ceilings fans as well as AC . Ac is in all rooms. Guests will be charged 10 US per day to use the AC. This house is situated in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The house itself offers a hot water system, WIFI and cable TV. CCTV cameras is located on the property for additional security. The property is gated and also grilled. With prior confirmation, we can arrange to pick you up from the airport for a Fee. There is a car for hire if guest requires it . Special discounts for guest when they hires the car. (Optional). Guest can rent the whole house as well as individual rooms . The price on the website at present is for the entire house. This may subject to change depending on the season. I am available by email and text. We also provide a private tours/ taxi services to any part of the island. Rates are negotiable, just speak to house manager. A facilities manager is available if guest requires any assistance. Selfcateting facilities is available where guest can cooked their own meals .Local supermarkets is 10 minutes walk from the property. A jerk centre is 10 minutes walk to the first roundabout on Fridays and Saturdays evenings. This an ideal place for families and friends or groups who wants to share accommodation without it costing you a fortune. A car is recommended if you have a large group. A great cost effective way of exploring the island. Alternatively by local taxis which is 300 local dollars. We recommend a few places to visit, for night life Peir 1, margarita Ville . Rick's cafe in negril. YS Falls in St Elizabeth. Doctors cave beaches and Harmony Park in montego Bay.

Awesome!!

My family vacation would not have been complete without the hospitality that the owner Beverley extended to my family and I from afar. She communicated with us to make certain we were comfortable and happy residing at her dwelling. The property manager: Mr. Hylton was superb! He made certain that the property was our home away from home. Mr. Hylton was extremely considerate, kind and professional. The neighborhood was very safe amd the neighbors were very welcoming. I'd recommend this property to anyone: Family, girls trip, guys trip or just to getaway. I views lots of properties and this one met all our expectations and more. The worst part of our stay was leaving.

If you’re looking for a good place to stay this is NOT the place. aunts all over the place there is 5 locks and 3 different keys you’ll need just to get inside the house. Upon arrival we saw the place and it was very disappointing. The address is also very confusing and after learning that they had the wrong address on the app and having absolutely no help from the host we had to book another place that day and it cost us a fortune the the host refused to give us any refund even though the house was not as advertised seems like she just wanted our money I am very sad to say what was supposed to be a beautiful vacation ended up being such a struggle 0/10 don’t recommend

Everything was PERFECT. Bev(property owner) was really nice if there was a ratings for the property I give her 5 stars she made sure that my companions and I were very comfortable, the property is very relaxing ,very quite ,beautiful titling decor as well, beautiful view of the neighbourhood. Bev check on us 24/7 to ensure we were ok we enjoy put stay and we will book again it's a must.
