Please read our interior rules: 150€ will be asked on arrival for the cleaning/pool and garden maintenance.
Beautiful Mas of 220 m2 completely renovated with high quality materials. Capacity max 10 people + baby Kitchen and living room on the ground floor, fully equipped, TV foreign channels 5 air-conditioned rooms with TV (4 bedrooms with bathroom + toilet, the 5th bedroom is a master suite with bath, shower, toilet) Pool fenced 8x4m. (The fence for the pool and laundry will be built in late October 2018) Garden of 3000 m2 without neighbors but close to all amenities (10 minutes by car) Automatic gate at the entrance Wifi / Boules / Swing / Weber gas barbecue / Garden furniture / Deckchairs / Modular beds 1 or 2 places Cottage located 5 minutes from the Ardeche and pretty villages such as Saint Martin d'Ardeche

Superb location close to all amenities

This property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms were en-suite and well equipped. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property for family or friends group.

Beautiful property in a quiet location amongst vineyards, within easy reach of lovely villages and towns to visit. The only downside is the pool is not heated!

Lovely relaxing holiday

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday at Mas Olivette, which has super facilities and was spotlessly clean. We visited a few of the local villages to soak up the culture and atmosphere of the area, as well as visits further away. We enjoyed eating out at local restaurants and would love to return when next in this part of France.

Was the most beautiful property we've stayed in and as a family we rent many places every year.The major complaint that we had as a few seniors and 1 handicapped there were no railings or hand rails where there should have been. Was very scary

Lucks on tour

On arrival , we were greeted by the charming Salvatore and his wife . They gave us a tour of the house and showed us where everything was kept (helps to have some knowledge of French). We were also provided with a very thoughtful welcome pack containing wine and other gastronomic delights. The Villa was stunning with ensuite rooms , lovely kitchen and living area and all tucked away amongst the vineyards of the Ardeche. Our only complaint would be that the pool was unheated so a bit chilly for the warm blooded amongst us. The Villa is perfectly located to explore the Ardeche and to benefit from all the outdoor fun available . Biking , Canoeing , Caving and most important of all , Wine tasting all close by.Would highly recommend .

Heel mooie, rustige mas. Alles perfect proper en goede airco. Goed uitgeruste keuken en gas BBQ. Weinig uitleg ivm winkels, resto's, to do's in de buurt. Gedurende 1 voormiddag werken aan het zwembad tijdens ons verblijf.We hebben een super week beleefd om de 80 jaar van ons mama te vieren.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war genau richtig für uns. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Jimmy war jederzeit für unsere belange erreichbar. Die Klimaanlagen in den einzelnen Schlafzimmern waren super. Leider fehlte uns bei diesen Temperaturen von 40 Grad eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer dort staute sich die Luft.Der Pool war super gepflegt und auch um die Wespen kümmerte sich Jimmy rasch damit wir nicht gestochen werden. Die zwei Kühlschränke haben unseren Bedarf vollkommen gedeckt. Die Lage des Hauses war mega. Wir kommen gerne.Dankeschön für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Herzliche Grüße Diana und Freunde

Un très beau mas au calme au milieu des vignes

c'est un très bel endroit au calme parfait pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants , piscine avec grandes plages ;extérieurs vastes et agréables , activités extérieures proches .La maison est très bien équipée avec 5 belles chambres (avec chacune salle de douche , wc , télévision ) Décoration très agréable . Très bon accueil lRien à reprocher ( c'est rare ! )

Une semaine reposante au milieu des vignes

La maison est très bien située, dans un coin reposant au milieu des vignes et tout de même très proche des gorges de l'Ardèche. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Le figuier nous a tout particulièrement plu! Nous recommandons ce mas qui est parfait pour un groupe de 10 personnes.

Midden de wijnvelden , schitterend gelegen , alles op en aan

Vriendelijke en efficiënte ontvangst door Salvatore. De woning is perfect gelegen en uitgerust voor een rustgevende vakantie. De uitzichten zijn fenomenaal. De woning is zalig mede door de klimatisering, vooral bij bijna 40gr.C

Topverblijf!

We hadden een heel fijne vakantie! Alles was in het huis aanwezig. De airco was geen overbodige luxe met de tropische temperaturen. De kinderen hadden het uitstekend naar hun zin met de schommel, het grasplein, petaquebaan en uiteraard het zwembad! De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep ook uitstekend. Een aanrader!

Fantastische Ferien

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage im Mas Olivette. Das Haus ist so schön, es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und es hat überall Klimageräte. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist gross und sehr sauber. Alles ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Für Hunde ist das Anwesen auch sehr geeignet. Salvatore ist für alles zuständig und er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus sehr gerne weiter empfehlen!
