About this property
Casina Fumarola among the ancient olive trees
This ancient family property boasts a very large expanse of land characterized mainly by ancient olive trees and arable land. Formerly it was a nineteenth-century noble manor farm where cattle were raised and wheat and oats were cultivated. Today the property, left in the hands of the family of origin, has decided to orientate towards the welcome seen and considered that this place is chosen by tourists who seek contact with nature far from the frenetic pace of the city. Here you can still breathe clean air and find the simplicity of ancient gestures. There are no watches by choice because the holidays do not need rhythms but only well-being and serenity. The surrounding environment is characterized by many Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. Not far from the property, about 4 km, you can find Ostuni and several other towns of the famous Valle D'Itria (Cisternino, Martina Franca which boasts a wide international festival, Ceglie Messapica). At 10 km instead await you all the seaside resorts: from Savelletri to Fasano, Costa merlata, Capitolo and many other places now mostly visited by elite tourism.
