Beautifully remodeled 1bed/1bath condo with a loft!!! This condo has vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, and is the only unit with a deck overlooking the pool. The loft features a full size bed and single twin bed. Just a short walk to Del Mar Racetrack, the beach, and bars/restaurants. The complex offers a heated pool/jacuzzi, sauna, single car garage with plenty of additional guest parking. Very desirable location with super easy freeway access. The perfect vacation rental for anyone and everyone!!!!

Delightful in DelMar!!!

Brocks thoughtfulness was obvious throughout the booking and visit! So clean and very stocked… great location!! My family hopes to visit in November and I will gladly suggest the property. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous place, especially location

We just completed a one month stay at Brock's place which was delightful. The unit was as described by pictures and other reviews: Nice bedroom with plenty of storage, well-stocked kitchen and ample living space. The upstairs loft was perfect for working remotely and for the guest we had during our stay. We brought our dog and were thrilled to discover a great open area on the east side of the condo complex to let her run off leash. Having the enclosed garage space was also a big plus, and it was large enough to accommodate our bike as well as the car. The location is awesome - 10-15 minute walk to the dog beach, 15 minutes to downtown Solana Beach, 10 minutes by car to Torrey Pines to the south and Encintas to the north. Brock was extremely responsive to our questions and the entire check in/out process was incredibly easy. All in all, we highly recommend Brock as a host and this condo in particular. Thanks Brock!

Quiet complex with AC and all the amenities

Perfect location that is a short walk to the beach. Having a garage is a big perk over a 30 day period. This is our 2nd stay +30 days at this property and we love how quiet this particular unit is and neighboring community. The balcony/patio has a new BBQ is a great extension of the main floor with a view of the pool and hot tub. The master bedroom has a new/updated shower and a really comfy bed. The loft with 2 beds were perfect for our teenage boys. Brock is accessible and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back a 3rd time.
