La Quintana de Somao is a set of three rural accommodation buildings: two Casas de Aldea and one Rural Hotel all rehabilitated in 2006, combining respect for the Asturian architecture of the area with maximum comfort in the facilities.

The HOUSE OF DOWN (three trisqueles) has on the ground floor a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with television, DVD, fireplace and double sofa bed. On the top floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, and two rooms: one double, and another one with two single beds. Outside there is a large garden with swing area, equipped terrace, barbecue and work sink; and a horreo under which to enjoy their leisure time.
The horreo is prepared with a small living room, with sofa-bed, bathroom and television.
The maximum capacity of the house is 7 people.
For people who want to occupy the horreo increases the price of the house by € 20.
The CASA DE ARRIBA (two trisqueles) has on its ground floor a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with television, DVD, fireplace and double sofa bed. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub, and two rooms; one double and one twin. Outside there is an equipped terrace and a portable barbecue.
The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people.

The house QUINTANA DE SOMAO has four rooms arranged as follows: three double and one double with two single beds. All rooms have television, fridge, safe and bathroom with bathtub. Two of the rooms have a terrace. On the ground floor are a toilet, kitchen and living room with television, DVD, fireplace and a double sofa bed. Outside there is a terrace equipped with two tables and chairs and a portable barbecue.
Currently it is rented as a full house and not by rooms. The maximum capacity of the house is 11 people.

The three houses have hot water, heating, washing machine, television, DVD, telephone, free wifi internet, safe, kitchenware, bed linen and bath linen. The Quintana de Somao house also has a dishwasher.

Near our surroundings you can go to visit the Monteagudo recreational area, with views of the mouth of the Nalón River, hiking trails and grills for picnics.
Apart from the mountain, there are beautiful beaches, with Aguilar as the most outstanding for its services, its clear waters and its soft sand ... Without leaving aside the extraordinary coastal route, recently inaugurated, which runs through our beaches and is easy to travel.
At 3 km from us is San Esteban de Pravia, town known for the mouth of the Nalón River, where we can do all kinds of water activities: canoeing, boat trips on the Cantabrian coast, enjoy its saltwater pools, etc. .
