Welcome to Casa Carín Tourist Complex located in Villademoros-Cadavedo and composed of 7 apartments for 3-4-5 people and 1 apartment with capacity for 6 people.

All the apartments are located in the same farm surrounded by countryside, in a very quiet area, from where you can see fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, ideal for families with children, couples, groups of friends with the possibility of lodging numerous people, etc.

El apartamento estaba super moderno y con todas las comodidades. Además, Samuel, el propietario, muy majo y dando facilidades. Un placer.

Estupenda estancia

Un sitio estupendo, muy limpio, bien equipado, muy cómodo ya que no tiene escaleras ni segundas plantas. Las vistas al mar no se ven desde el apartamento, el nuestro daba al sur y se ven montes, muy soleado pero tiene la vía del tren al fondo y la carretera y la autovía detrás, aunque no se ven ni se oye prácticamente nada. Lo que si hace mucho ruido es el sistema de ventilación del cuarto de baño, un zumbido constante, pero cerrando la puerta del baño no molesta tanto. Las camas muy amplias y cómodas. Tuvimos unos días preciosos de sol que daba gusto estar en el porche, con el jardín delante, muy agradable. Es un sitio perfecto para hacer excursiones por la parte occidental de Asturias, esta muy cerca de Luarca y el acceso desde la carretera es fácil y sin complicaciones. El equipamiento es muy completo, el agua caliente funciona muy bien tanto en la cocina como en el baño, se hecha de menos, para estancias cortas como la nuestra, un secador de pelo y en general se agradecerían algunos cojines más en el sofá. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable et très propre. Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire qui ne parle pas français mais qui est très aimable. La literie est excellente et les nuits sont très calmes. A conseiller à une famille avec enfants car il y a de grands espaces à l'extérieur très fleuris.

Muy recomendable !!!!

Ante todo queremos agradecer la amabilidad de sus propietarios Samuel, Juan y Pilar por el trato hacia nosotros que ha sido simplemente excelente.Las conversaciones con Juan y su huerto, las recomendaciones de Samuel y la simpatía de Pilar no tienen precio. Las casas estan bastante bien situadas, muy bien equipadas y muy limpias y con buena situación para visitar cualquier lugar de la zona. El peque ya está echando de menos las gallinas y los caracoles, que no se si habrá dejado alguno. Por último que muy cerquita hay un mesón que se come de maravilla; de parada obligatoria.Por cierto no hay quien se coma el menú que ponen. Por último destacar la tranquilidad del lugar, hemos dormido sin un solo ruido los cuatro días que hemos estado. Un abrazo para los tres y comentaros que seguro que volveremos.
