The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building in the centre of Menaggio. The main building was once a hostel for pilgrims on their way to Rome. The entrance and internal courtyard respect the original features of the buildings and give you the feeling of being a true local! Vista Menaggio Centro in the early '60s was constructed and an addition to the historic building and designed by Architect Mantegazza and his team, the flow of the flat is perfect, elegant and very comfortable.

On entering the apartment you are welcomed by a bright, open plan living room with a huge window that overlooks the heart of town and the lake with far-reaching views of Varenna on the opposite side of Lake Como.

Living, dining, and kitchen all flow from one to another and are very functional.
The kitchen also offers a breakfast bar that is perfect for two. Fully equipped with gas hob, good counter space, fridge freezer and all with a view! The dining area can host up to 4 comfortably.
The living area is lovingly renovated with a funky twist, a working fireplace for the cooler months is also available.

The bedroom is large with ample storage. An antique door is the highlight of the room as acts as a wonderful headboard! Original style and comfortable too!
The second bedroom is small and easily has a single bed with a truckle pull out. Great for two children.

Getting out and about in Menaggio from Vista Menaggio Centro is very easy. You are only steps away from the grocery store and less than one minute to the high street, Via Lusardi with more grocery shops, butchers, bakers, pastry shops all at less than five minutes walk away. The lake and the main square are approx 200 metres walk as is the lakefront promenade with more amazing views of the lake, Cafe's, Restaurants and Boutiques. Boats can also be hired on the lakefront.
