BEFORE THE SEA. FIRST LINE BEACH, DIRECT DEPARTURE

Ground floor, a little high, in an urbanization on the beach, cross the gardens and the two pools and from a door you reach the sandy beach. From the apartment to the beach you can go perfectly barefoot. Both the urbanization and the beach are very quiet and familiar, there are hardly any people on the beach, only those in the urbanization. There is a very nice children's area for children inside the complex and in front of the sea. Parking space inside the urbanization and in front of the apartment.

Correcto y ya

Apartamento viejo y sin reformar, le hace falta una lavada de cara bastante profunda. Urbanización agradable con dos piscinas majas, área ajardinada grande y a pie de playa. La terraza del apartamento está siempre en sombra, lo que se agradece. Algunas de las habitaciones dan a la carretera (30 m aprox).
