Lodging in an old outbuilding located in the heart of a tourist village in the south of the Vosges, near the Ballon d'Alsace. Many tourist and sports activities to practice around. On site you can play table tennis (rackets and balls provided), board games, swing (with slide) for children. Near the owner's private pond (fishing allowed) food at 3 km, doctor at 4 km. Located in the center of the village. Detached house: Ground floor and 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Integrated kitchen opened on stay. Bathroom, 2 toilets. Electric heating, veranda, terrace, garage, partly fenced. Charges not included. The owner lives in the neighboring house. Outdoor equipment: barbecue, garage, garden, terrace, garden furniture, parking. Het is een geweldig verblijf. De eigenaar komt af en toe de tuin doen maar dat stoort niet. Het is een uiterst vriendelijke man en bezorgd en komt met informatie over eventuele feestjes in de buurt. Wij gaan zeker terug. Zorg dat je een beetje Frans kent want dat maakt het wel makkelijker. Top !

Un séjour estival très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte au mois d'août et nous avons été très gentiment par le propriétaire. Le logement est très bien équipé et au calme, idéalement situé ce qui permet de rejoindre les grandes villes de la région. La région est également un très bel endroit pour les promenades et les randonnées. Je recommande ce gîte pour son accueille et la disponibilité de Jean-Yves, son propriétaire.

Bon séjour, chalet impeccable, Mr Briot est un hôte qui aime beaucoup partager. Les vérandas sont appréciables au soleil. Le seul bémol est la qualité du chauffage notamment dans la salle de bain est un peu juste pour un bébé. Mais sinon rien à dire, très bon séjour.

Agréable séjour

Location parfaitement propre. M Briot est très minutieux , et disponible au besoin car sa maison est a côté de la location, mais discret comme un agréable voisin. On peut lui faire entièrement confiance. En été avec les deux vérandas et l'espace extérieur cela doit vraiment être agréable. En hiver la véranda est bien utile quand on revient du ski pour se débarrasser un peu a l'abri du froid.

Appartement impeccable, fonctionnel et agréable à vivre

A notre arrivée, l'appartement était impeccable. Le propriétaire assure une excellente gestion de son appartement. Il est également très spacieux, bien agencé. L'équipement est totalement fonctionnel. Idéalement situé près de la station de ski de Ventron et des sites touristiques Vosgiens.

Très bonne location

Très bonne adresse pour découvrir ce coin des Vosges. Idéalement situé. Propriétaire agréable. Description de l'annonce fidèle à la réalité. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Il faut juste penser à rajouter au prix initial la taxe de séjour, les frais d'eau et d'électricité, les sacs pour les poubelles et une caution de 150 euros.
