A suite ... All the major attractions of the historic center of Naples can be reached on foot or with the Materdei Metro Line 1, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Ditto for the bus stop. Accommodates 2 people comfortably but also 3 if necessary.
The apartment is located in one of the most characteristic and ancient areas of Naples, the Materdei district. Within walking distance there is one of the best and most famous Pizzeria, Starita, the National Museum and all the historic center of Naples.

Had a great time here, feels like you’re a local, in this really friendly part of town. Really cool walk into the centre and the metro is just around the corner. Gino was really helpful and made sure all was well. Thanks Gino you’re a great host.

The apartment is small but well-equipped, perfect for two people (even three if someone is comfortable with sleeping on the couch). The Materdei metro station is near, and bus transportation is fairly good even at night (although the city center is only 20 minutes on foot). The neighborhood gives you the true Napoli experience but at the same time it's safe. Our host, Gino was friendly, helpful and flexible, gave us clear instructions, and was always available via text messages.

We decided to make this investment to purchase a second home, in the same area in which we live, to start the experience of offering a typical and welcoming apartment to tourists who come from anywhere in the world, so meet them, get to know them, and at the same time to see an economic return from the investment made recently, have fun to host, meet, make satisfied the guests who want to choose us and we hope come from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

The special features of this small house, which immediately impressed us and convinced us a quick purchase were many, the central location, the delightful balcony on the road from which to admire the true life of the Neapolitans in the alleys of the city, the interior fittings , the colors, and important thing, the heat that has transmitted us right away.
It's really a hotel suite, a little gem, finished, cozy, and with all the comforts.
Very well ventilated, every room has its own window! No blind bath without a window, as often usual. Three rooms, each with its own small or large window, which gives on the outside.
