WONDERFUL !!! Wonderful chalet surrounded by nature but convenient for the main places of interest: only 4km from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Completely renovated in 2016, the house is perfect for up to 12 people in a super comfortable, warm and refined environment. It has 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom with bathroom with bath, a second double bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a very large attic room that accommodates two single beds and a sofa bed. the ground floor houses a huge living room with a sofa, a large fireplace, a table that can comfortably seat 16 guests and a bar area. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. It has a huge outdoor area with barbecue and outdoor oven. Sauna and laundry (available only on request) complete your dream vacation.

Amazing!

The house is absolutely lovely! The place near the the river, so quiet and charming! The communication with Lucia was fluent and really quick. The space and all the rooms are perfect, we were 6 adults 3 children and 1 baby. Just 2 things that could have been a little bit better was the 3rd room has only one single bed and washing machine only available on demand.. But despite of That our trip was perfect and we will come back for sure if we can. A big Thanks to Lucia.

La casa è un meraviglioso chalet di montagna, arredato con amore in ogni dettaglio e dotato di ogni comfort e comodità. Una casa che sa davvero di famiglia e di serate intorno al fuoco. Una pulizia come raramente se ne vedono nelle case in affitto , ogni cosa già a disposizione al vostro arrivo, La proprietaria, Lucia, ha avuto una pazienza e disponibilità incredibile per rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda . Una persona, inoltre molto gentile che mette a disposizione la sua casa senza alcun divieto. La casa si trova vicino al fiume che si può anche raggiungere con pochi passi a piedi e i paesi vicini ( Cesana Torinese, San Sicario, Sestriere, Bardonecchia) offrono tantissime attività da fare in famiglia: dal Parco Avventura a 2 minuti d’auto alla pesca della trota, passeggiate in bicicletta, equitazione, tiro con l’arco, Campus estivi per i bambini, mercatini . La maison est un magnifique chalet de montagne, décoré avec amour en chaque détail avec tous les conforts possibles . Une maison que parle de famille et soirées au coin du feu. Une propreté vraiment rare considère en plus la taille de la maison et tout déjà a disposition a votre arrivée. Lucia, la propriétaire est d’une incroyable patience et disponibilité et a répondu toujours très rapidement a nos nombreuses questions. En outre, une personne que vous met a disposition sa maison sans interdictions. La maison se trouve a coté du fleuve et très près de nombreuses petites villes (Cesana Torinese, San Sicario, Sestriere, Bardonecchia) que proposent mantes activités a faire en famille ( du Parc Aventure a 2 minutes a la pèche de la truite, VTT, équitation, tir avec l’arc, marchees). This house is a wonderful chalet decorated with love and attentions for every details. Everything here speaks family and evenings around a fire. An incredible cleanliness everywhere and everything ready at your arrive and at your disposal. Lucia, the owner, has an incredible patience and availability to answer to all question and she makes yourself comfortable without any kind of prohibitions. The beauty of the property and the beauty of the surroundings made our holiday ( with kids) unforgettable: near the river and and few minutes driving from Cesana , San Sicario, Sestriere, Bardonecchia. You can enjoy any kind of family activities ( Adventure Park, mountain bike, fishing, horse riding, archery, summer camps for kids, little markets) .

Settimana piovosa ma compensata da una casa grande e accogliente, curata e realizzata con cura e gusto, in stile rustico ma non forzatamente antico. Prati in piano, relativo isolamento e tutti gli accessori che servono danno un bell'agio. Ringraziamo Lucia e consorte per la cordialità!
