The apartment, with an area of 34 m2, lies on the first floor of a multi storey-building. An elevator is available, being accessed by a 9 steps staircase at the entrance of the building.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a main room, a bathroom and a kitchen:
- The main room, being used as living-room and bedroom, with α foldable double bed, a big round dining table, a flat 42" television set, as well as a spacious wardrobe.
- An entrance room with a single sofa bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable, suitable for easy and calm stay.
The area is residential, close to Hospitals and Universities. Parking is free in the area, around the apartment.
The apartment comprises:
-Air conditioner for cooling and heating.
- Wi-Fi with unlimited internet access.
-Central heating during winter.
-The water is potable.
-There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a full size electric kitchen with oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a small table oven, plates, cutlery, pots etc.
-There are iron & iron board.
-Hair dryer.
-There is Wireless router in the apartment, providing Broadband Internet with unlimited use (Wi-Fi or wired).
-Sheets and towels are included and second clean sets are provided for more than 10 days stay.
-There is a small balcony.
The access from the Airport is easy using the “Metro” (direct line to “MEGARO MOUSIKIS Station”) and then walking about a 900m.
Our guests are welcomed to use the apartment freely, respecting the place and the quite hours (from 1st of April to 30th of September 15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00 and from 1st of October to 31st of March 15:30 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 07:30).
We generally meet our guests in the apartment to give them the keys, so there is also the opportunity to provide them with information about the operation of the house, as well as about the neighborhood. It's easy to meet them again, if they like, and to respond to any possible problem.
We like pets, but the apartment is not suitable for them, so they are not allowed.
