Atlantic is a spacious and modern apartment with an amazing terrace of 36 sqm located in Zabaleta Street next to La Zurriola Beach. The street is famous for its restaurants and gastronomic experiences. Gros is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian. It is famous among surfers and there are great cultural entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the City Centre.



The apartment is fully furnished and it has been remodelled using first rate materials and it is completely equipped. El apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario y con una decoración moderna y muy cuidada. La información previa y el recibimiento muy correctos. Y la ubicación muy buena.
