Casa Candia is a characteristic and welcoming two-story independent house situated in the heart of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park. It sleeps six people. From Casa Candia you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and of the greenery. Casa Candia is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in the heart of Sicignano degli Alburni, a few meters (feet) from restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Candia from the parking area going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public route that comprises a steep incline and includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Candia you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include three armchairs. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The two dining tables can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window.
Ground FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. The bathroom has a roof window. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
