Perfect Location

So convenient to everything. Apartment looked just like the picture. Only tiny hiccup would be very small sink in master bath and low ceiling in the loft. We would definitely stay there again

We loved this apartment

Lots of stairs - so be ready for that, we we totally enjoyed our stay. Loved the large windows that opened out onto the bustling street. We opened the windows at night and it kept the apartment cool for the most part. Beds were comfortable too. We chose this location because of the proximity to Notre Dame and it was walkable - so the location was ideal.

Great place to stay

My kids (all adults) and I are short enough to walk without any problems in the upstairs. If you’re around 5’10” , you’d need to crouch to get to either bedrooms. Otherwise the bedroom downstairs and the rest have high ceilings. This place is a wonderful haven after a long wonderful day of visiting beautiful Paris. Walking distance to the Notre-Dame and surrounding attractions. Great restaurants nearby, and the metro is also close by. Very clean quiet place

Great location, great property.

We couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home" during our week in Paris. The property is clean, modern and comfortable; is a short walk from 2 Metro stations (St. Paul and Bastille) and Notre Dame; and is on a street filled with great shops, cafes and restaurants. The property "manager" was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, and was gracious enough to have bottled waters and a good beer in the refrigerator waiting for us.

Great weekend break

We had a lovely stay in early December. Location was convenient with access to multiple metro stops and many sites were also within walking distance. The loft was great for a larger group as we were 5 and fit comfortably.Would recommend and stay here again!

Great retreat in le Marais

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 4 teenage daughters. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. The large windows in the living room open to the street and we opened them every night.There is one market across the street that is open late and we stopped there almost every night. The neighborhood is vibrant with many shops to see on the way to the metro station.Marc is a great host and was quick to respond to questions.

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect - in an area with amazing bakeries and good restaurants. It was easy to get around by metro and on the bus to see all the sites.

Affordable 3 bed in excellent neighborhood

Our three generational family had a terrific trip to Paris staying in this three bed. The decor is fascinating and chic. We were let into the apt by a charming friend of the owners who showed us how to do everything very well! The Marais is a terrific district, walkable to the Louvre (30 min) and Notre Dame (20 min). When booking, please know the ceiling for the two loft bedrooms is only for people 5 ft 5 in or shorter (1.65m). In addition, there is not much noise blocking between bedrooms, so if one person is moving around the apartment or listening to audio, everyone will hear everything. It is a super lovely find overall with amazing bakeries, cheese shops, creperies and anything you desire within steps!

Wonderful loft in Le Marais

The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The location, with proximity to both the Bastille and Saint-Paul metro stations, was an excellent base for exploring the city. The loft is in a great area, with cafes, restaurants, groceries, and cheese, wine and pastry shops nearby. The host was very responsive to our communications and questions, arranging for someone to kindly meet us earlier upon our arrival.

Great spot in the Marau

A very tidy,clean well appointed flat. All appliances and amenities were good,well equipped kitchen. Even though it was on a busy street,it was quiet and comfortable. The area couldn’t be better for exploring and walking!! Nice bedding and linens.
