This home away from home is a detached four bedroom 3.5 bathroom Villa with private heated pool and patio area overlooking the 9th fairway of the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The Villa is split over two levels with a open plan living area on the ground floor including fully equipped kitchen with seating for six people, Formal dinning area with seating for eight people, and lounge area with seating for nine people. The living area includes 37inch Tv with Spectrum Cable TV included, Wifi and phone including local calls to USA and Canada. There is also a separate WC and a laundry room including washer and dryer. In the garage there is a pool table, dart board and TV with DVD player. Please note the garage is not air conditioned. Also on the ground floor is the King Master bedroom with ceiling fan and en-suite, including his and hers sinks, WC, bath and separate shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ceiling fan and small en-suite including WC, sink and single shower. There are also two twin rooms with ceiling fans and Family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku streaming TVs with Spectrum app included and facility to use Netflix/Amazon Prime etc if you have own account. The pool area includes a covered area with seating for four where you can enjoy a morning coffee or meal whilst enjoying the delightful views over the gold course. This area includes lighting and a fan. There is also a further table and four chairs in pool furniture to sit enjoying the sun and four sun loungers to soak up the rays. The pool can have pool heat added for an additional charge of $100 per week.
