It is a cozy, newly remodeled waterfront getaway. 3 bedrooms (2 rooms furnished with 1 Queen bed each and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with a Twin bed and a bunk bed). The master bedroom offers access to the deck via sliding glass door, opening up to the panoramic view of the lake and the bay. Additionally, the cottage has 3 and a half baths, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, toaster, microwave and Keurig) and a spacious living room which also faces the water, all connected by a unique spiral staircase. Smart TV and wifi internet available. Free washer and dryer in basement. Walking distance to the beach, pier, marina and a short drive away from Colloca Estate Winery, the Renaissance Festival, fruit and vegetable farms and fishing charters.

Amazing Lakefront in Fair Haven

This house was by far the most well stocked rental I have ever experienced. Everything you could need for a amazing time in Fair Haven is located here. Close to Colloca’s it was perfect for my close friends and family during our wedding weekend. George was extremely kind and hospitable throughout our stay, answering all of our questions and truly making us feel at home. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent waterfront with lovely view

Two families of four stayed with proximity to Fairpoint Marina for sailing the boat we keep there. We loved the views and the layout. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you!

family wedding weekend

all in all it was a great place to stay. My daughter got married at the winery walking distance away, so the location worked out perfect. in was nice to relax for a couple days after the wedding and just catch up with family. we were a little confused on the lighting, but no biggie. the only slight issue I had was the towels, I wish I would have known there weren't any wash clothes and not enough towels, I would have brought my own. other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Relaxing with a fantastic view

Our experience was excellent. The view of the bay was awesome and the full moon over the bay on our last night was the cherry on top. The place was perfect for our family of five and was very clean. The darts in the basement were a hit with the kids (no one turned on the TV while we were there!). The grill worked well for several meals. The owner George was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend and will stay there again (if it's available).

Picture Perfect

The property was as pictured and was very well equipped with linens, dishes, cookware, etc. The AC worked perfectly, there was both a gas grill and a charcoal grill and plenty of chairs to sit on outside on the deck or the dock overlooking the bay. Paper towels, trash bags, ziplock bags, spices, condiments, and a bottle of wine was there for our use and consumption. The spiral staircase is required to get to the upstairs bedroom and your car needs to be parked up a small incline from the house. These were minor inconveniences compared to the beauty and functionality of the house.

Fantastic Fourth of July Stay

Third time renting this lovely home; always sorry to leave. The house is in fantastic shape, cannot think of one item missing from all the items available for use, bedding and towels soft and plentiful, kitchen well stocked. We look forward to another stay soon.

Long family weekend

Place was in great shape. Plenty of room. Great views and great deck. Fire pit was excellent. Beds comfortable and 3 showers were nice to have. Only issue was the dock- it’s short and not really extended in deep enough water to comfortably dock a boat and it’s about 4 feet above the water line so even if it was in deep enough water you can’t swim off it. Weeds at end of dock made fishing difficult. Other than the dock situation though, the place was great. Would definitely stay again.
