Cozy and spacious two-room apartment with separate kitchen in the heart of the Sempione area, a stone\'s throw from the Arch of Peace and its many clubs. The Sempione park, a real and big green lung in the heart of Milan, is no more than 100 meters away and within a few minutes walk you can easily reach the Cadorna station, the Sforza castle and the whole center of Milan. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, business travelers and families, even with children.

Apartment with a wonderful atmosphere located in a strategic position to visit Milan, but also for those who are in Milan for work and do not want to give up enjoying the city, in the evening or in the free moments. Located in a very Central area but not super touristy, the area in which it is located will allow you to better enjoy Milan, its bars and restaurants but also the numerous monuments and museums of the historic center all easily reached by a walk in the park or with public transport.

Composed of an entrance into a corridor from which you access the living area with a dining table, a large and comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, apart from the kitchen complete with everything you need in addition to a microwave oven, a car Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

From the living area you reach the double bedroom with a large and comfortable wardrobe and another smart TV. Beyond the bedroom there is a bathroom with a crystal shower and a Jacuzzi and a convenient storage room.

Convenient, not luxe but comfortable.

In a quiet but convenient part of town, the apartment is comfortable, air conditioned (a plus this July!), good shower, equipped kitchen.
