Well-located cottage in the first row of dunes, only 50 m from kilometers of magnificent North Sea beach at Vrist. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, flat screen TV with German channels as well as the free Danish channels, DVD player and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs, mini oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, of which 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed. Bright bathroom with bathing environment, toilet and shower. The house also has a washer as well as dryer. There is a cot and 2 high chairs for the little ones. On the 1st floor there is another living room with flat screen TV and 1 room with double bed and 1 single bed. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump, which reduces consumption. There is an open terrace with good garden furniture as well as gas grill and alm. barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. For the children there are swings, slide and sandpit. The house's trampoline is reserved for the owner but can be used at your own risk / insurance. Not for rent to youth groups.
