The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with dining room, laundry room and porch. Outside we find a private pool with area for sunbeds, terraces, barbecue and garden areas.

It has two floors, with the following distribution:

First floor: We find a hall, where on the right hand it takes us to the rooms and the bathroom. And on the left hand side we find the living room and on the other the kitchen and dining room, as well as the porches where you access the terraces, along with the barbecue, the pool, sunbeds and garden area.

Basement: We find the laundry of about 30 meters and a bathroom.

The environment

The villa is located just 500 meters from the town of Ciutadella and can access the old town on foot.

- Hypermarket 200 m away
- Main virgin coves of the South coast of Menorca such as: Macarella (access only by bus), Son Saura, Cala'n Turqueta, Es Talaier, as well as La Vall which is one of the few virgin beaches of the North Coast only 10 min.
- It is also 5 - 10 minutes from the main developments such as Cala'n Bosch, Santandria, Sa caleta, where you can enjoy beaches more urbanized but with the convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc.
