Wonderful space.

The property worked well for our family of five. The pool was a big hit with our granddaughter. The property owners live on site and respected our privacy.

We were a little disappointed with the condition of the property, it needs updating inside. Our host, Anna was great, nothing too much trouble including supplying a pair of crutches for my daughter after she badly twisted her ankle.

Un lieu exceptionnel

Une arrivée qui s'est très bien passée, un moment de plaisir au calme et prêt de Barcelone. Des chiens qui aboient mais qui ne dérange e. Rien si vous aimez les animaux, un calme bien apprécié. Alors certe il n'y a pas la climatisation dans la maison mais avec tous les ventilateurs il y a de quoi se rafraîchir la nuit sans aucun problème. S'il fallait revenir dans le coin je n'hésiterai pas à contacter Anna Maria.

Lovely hosts, ok location, adequate accommodation, very comfy beds, noisy dogs in the area.

Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful couple who were fast to reply.Location was rural, about 25min drive from city, shops less than 10mins away. Roads to accommodation were veey hilly and bendy but fine and safe.Adequate accommodation for 4, plenty of space and everything we needed was there. Front garden wasnt always private as others were seen walking through at times but it was not an issue. Very comfy beds, we all slept really well dispite the noisy dogs in the area which were barking all around the area until 1am and later some nights, it was loud in the lounge but ok in bedrooms as long as we closed all the doors.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren gerade mit 5 Personen als Familie für 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung . Wir haben ein paar Tage gebraucht um uns an das Klima im Sommer und den Spanischen Lenensstil zu gewöhnen . Die Lage ist wie beschrieben sehr ruhig und abseits von Barcelona und Badalona . Ein Auto ist ein absolutes Muss . Ohne kann weder eingekauft werden noch kann der Strand erreicht werden . Hat man sich aber ein Auto organisiert ist Badalona direkt hinter dem hohen Berg gelegen mit malerischen Stränden . Auch Barcelona ist ( wenn der Verkehr es zulässt ) gut erreichbar und eine einmaliges Etlebkid mit tollem Strand . Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet . Einiges neu und einiges etwas älter . Wir hatten 3 Schlafzimmer eine Küche und ein Bad. Des Weiteren eine Terasse vorne an der Straße und ein Balkon nach hinten raus . Auch ein aufstell Pool war auf der Terasse . Und hat Spanien mit dem Klima und der guten Erreichbarkeit sehr gut gefallen . Die Unterkunft war für den Zeitraum Ok nur das WLAN hat öfters nicht ganz so gut funktioniert .

Haus Nähe zu Barcelona

In maximal 30 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto alles Sehenswürdigkeiten Barcelonas. Eine Übernachtung in dieser hektischen, lauten Stadt ist daher nicht nötig. Die Betten waren swhr gemütlich. Preis-Leistung top. Nur echte Sonnen-Liegen für alle wären super gewesen.

Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Das Positive zuerst: Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man Ruhe braucht und die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Negativ: Die Möbel waren alt und defekt, im Bad lies sich die Tür nicht schließen und es gab Schimmel, die Wände waren mit Wasserflecken "verziert". Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft nicht das Geld Wert und die Fotos sind sehr alt. Die Ausstattung sah im Original ein wenig anders aus.

Maison à Sant Fost

Petite maison agréable et claire où l'on se sent bien. Le jardin à l'ombre est un plus car permet de manger le soir à l'abri du soleil et profiter de l'air. Le balcon coté sud permet quant à lui de faire sécher les maillots et serviettes rapidement. La petite piscine hors sol a ravi les enfants. Location à 20 mn des plages de sable, 1h des criques, 1h30 du parc Port Aventura et 1/2 heure de Barcelone. La propriétaire Anna et sa famille sont des gens vraiment très sympathiques et là en cas de besoin. Seul bémol, chaque maison du quartier possède 2 ou 3 chiens et les aboiements sont très présents.

Wonderful property with a view

Nicely laid out cottage with lots of room and three bedrooms, stocked with all the necessary provisions: toilet paper, cookware, plates, silverware, towels, soap, dishwasher soap, etc... We really enjoyed our stay.

Accueil très chaleureux. Anna et sa famille sont extrêmement serviables accueillants arrangeants souriants et très humains. Superbe famille. Appartement très pratique, entrée séparée sans vis à vis avec piscine individuelle trampoline barbecue chaises longues fruits à volonté. Bref tout pour un séjours parfait. De très beaux moments !

Séjour très agréable

Maison conforme à l'annonce, terrasse agréable pour y dîner et petite piscine hors sol qui a ravi les enfants. Anna et son mari sont des hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants (notamment pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ). La localisation permet à la fois d'aller en bord de mer (Badalona, Montgat, El Masnou) et à Barcelone (en ~1/2h environ en train depuis la gare de Mollet Sant Fost ou en voiture). Petit bémol : beaucoup de chiens aux alentours qui aboient à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit et également des bruits d'enfants tôt le matin.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem durch Schranke gesichertem Wohngebiet. 12 min entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Parkhaus direkt neben der Metro Endstation Fondo Linie 1 rot, innerhalb von 20 min ist man in Barcelona an der Rambla. Das Haus ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, eine Familie könnte man aber nicht bekochen. wir haben hauptsächlich auswärts gegessen. Fürs Abendbrot/Frühstück ist es ausreichend. War für uns in Ordnung, da wir jeden Tag viel unterwegs waren.
