Comfortable apartment of 70m2 on the first floor of a villa with terraces and fenced, wooded garden.
The property is located at the end of a small path which is also the start of a marked hiking trail.
A relaxing and sunny green setting ideal for a family of 4 or two couples.
The pebble beach is 300m away as well as a diving center. Restaurants / pizzerias and other shops at 500m.

All amenities: fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower, WC and vanity unit, sink with sofa, washing machine, TV / TNT, wifi, garden chairs, hammock, sheets and towels provided , private parking, BBQ.

50% deposit on booking, the balance on arrival.

A deposit will be requested by check (not cashed) and will be returned after inventory.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll. Der Pool des Campingplatzes der Inhaberin direkt nebenan konnte genutzt werden. Nur wenige Minuten Fußweg die Straße runter ist ein Kiesstrand, der allerdings perfekt zum Schnorcheln ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im nächsten Ort ist ein sehr schöner Sandstrand mit drei Strandbars. Für die Kinder war es dort perfekt, da der Boden langsam abfällt. Trotz reinem Sandstrand konnten sie auch dort viele Fische sehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame Ferien in schöner Wohnung

Die Kommunikation mit Veronica war unkompliziert und freundlich. Sie stand für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist toll. Ein Supermarkt und eine super Bäckerei sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der wirklich sehr gepflegte und schöne Pool des Campingplatzes, der mitbenutzt werden darf. Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Haut de maison tout confort

Bel appartement a l'étage avec 2 Terrasses, je l'ai trouvé meme mieux que sur les photos. Le coin est magnifique, tres vert, beaucoup de balades a pied possibles depuis le chemin devant la maison et a 10min a pied de la mer. Tout les equipements necessaires sont la et en bon état, l'appartement est propre et le necessaire est disponible dans la cuisine (sel, huile...) et bien adapté aussi pour les enfants. La piscine du camping est superbe et juste a 2min de l'appartement. Le camping est tres calme et ne dérange pas du tout. Le restaurant a casciola est aussi tres Bon et a 10min a pieds de l'appartment (on conseille la souris d'agneau). Seuls bémols: les horaires de piscine tres limités pour les enfant de - 12 ans et les moustiques.

Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous , veronica nous a bien accueilli , bien conseillé été a été très sympathique avec nous. Maison propre et conforme à la description . Très bon emplacement . Maison sans piscine mais possibilité d’utiliser celle du camping . Merci c’est appréciable . Nous reviendrons voir veronica avec grand plaisir.

Un séjour qui reste épinglé dans nos souvenirs

Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, une belle rencontre avec Veronica et sa famille, un très beau souvenir et une envie de revenir ! Du point de vue matériel, une location correspondant en tous points au descriptif, propre, confortable, à proximité de la mer (plage de galets), un beau jardin, proximité des commerces, sentier rando ... que demander de plus ?

Freundliche, schöne Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach sowohl der Beschreibung als auch unseren Bedürfnissen - die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (sie betreibt den danebenliegenden Campingplatz, von dem man nichts hört), die Wohnung sehr sauber, praktisch und nett eingerichtet, im kleinen Ort fußläufig ein Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen, Schlachter und mehrere Restaurants. Der ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbare kleine Steinstrand ist okay, schöner ist der ca. 4 km entfernte Sandstrand. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, ein sehr sehr schöner Wanderweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei, die Lage ist ideal, um Ausflüge zum Cap oder auf die andere Seite der Insel zu unternehmen, auch in Bastia ist man recht schnell. Den Pool des Campingplatzes kann man mitbenutzen, was sehr schön ist - für Kinder gibt es eingeschränkte Zeiten (10-12 und 16-17 h), was aber auch okay war. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, einen Grill im Garten und überall eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Berge und Meer, dazu wunderbare Ruhe. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre die etwas spartanische Geschirrsituation - ein paar Teller und etwas Besteck mehr könnten nicht schaden! Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns alle sofort wohl gefühlt. Veronica hat uns während des Aufenthaltes immer gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Der Strand in Sisco hat uns sehr gut gefallen, er ist sehr nah und man kann dort gut schnorcheln. Ideal ist auch der Supermarkt, den man zu Fuß nach 10 Minuten erreicht und den Bäcker am Ort. Von Sisco aus kann man wunderbar das Cap Corse erkunden. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Nice upper floor apartment

Lovely top floor apartment next to a campsite so close access to a bar and small swimming pool. The sea was only about 300m away with a small pebbly beach which was quiet most days. This was our first time in corsica so we travelled about a lot in the car around the island rather than walking but others said there were some beautiful hiking routes nearby. Be mindful of the very narrow road up to the apartment and the tight drive especially if you have a bigger car

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt.

Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin vorab war super: freundlich und persönlich. Ebenso der Empfang. Sie spricht muttersprachlich englisch sowie französisch. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen und ein toller Startort, um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Viele Tips dazu gibts von den Eigentümern, die gleichzeitig den Campingplatz managen. Vom nebenan liegenden Campingplatz ist quasi nichts zu hören. Der schöne Pool vom Camp, ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt, kann mitgenutzt werden. Für die Nutzung dieses, insbes. durch Kinder, gelten eingeschränkte Zeiten und Regeln. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, alles vorhanden: Spüler, Klimaanlage (im Wohn- u. Essbereich sowie im großen Schlafzimmer), Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Froster, Gasherd und Backofen, Sat-TV, Waschmaschine..... Das Kinderschlafzimmer ist recht klein, eng, dunkel, aber zum Schlafen und für die Kids vollkommen ausreichend. Die Terasse hat eine große schattenspendende Markise. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker) sind nah per Pkw bzw. zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso ein paar Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist steinig und fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Empfehlenswert sind div. Buchten bzw. Gumpen wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft erhält unsere volle Empfehlung. Sie ist Ihren Preis wert. Wir kommen gern wieder.

rustig gelegen bovenverdieping, prachtige omgeving

In een prachtig stuk van Corsica ligt dit huis. Je huurt de bovenverdieping met 2 grote terrassen en mooi uitzicht. Heel zorgvuldig en mooi afgewerkt, alles is licht en fris. De zee is op wandelafstand waar er ook een gezellig restaurant is met prachtig zicht over de baai. wij zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen van 13 en 16, de kamer die zij moesten delen was eerder aan de kleine kant, de ouderlijke kamer was licht, groot en ruim. Je kan ook in de woonkamer een slaapzetel uitklappen. gelegen naast een rustige camping met super vriendelijk eigenaars waar je ook voor brood terecht kan. wij komen zeker terug.

We love this place!

Einfach perfekt! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus steht auf einem eigenen, sehr ruhigen Grundstück. Die Terasse mit Markise, der fantastische Grillplatz, die Liegestühle und die hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlage haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung ist schön möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Sisco selbst hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Alltag (sogar zu Fuß erreichbar), die großen Einkäufe haben wir in Bastia erledigt. Der Strand ist 300m entfernt und steinig, aber ok. Der nächste Sandstrand ist im nächsten Ort, nur 4km entfernt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Cap Corse ist als Urlaubsdomizil für Nord-Korsika bestens geeignet. Man ist ein bisschen abseits der Touristenhochburgen und kann das Cap und Bastia wunderbar erkunden und ist auch noch recht schnell in Saint Florent. Für Wanderungen im Zentrum oder Süden der Insel ist man allerdings schon mal länger unterwegs. Veronica ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat uns direkt mit einer gekühlten Flasche Wasser und einem Wein empfangen. Sie wohnt mit ihrer Familie auf dem Nachbargrundstück und managed den benachbarten Campingplatz (von dem man erstaunlich wenig hört, trotz der Nachbarschaft) und ist daher jederzeit direkt zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hat oder Tipps möchte, drängt sich aber nicht auf. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jederzeit empfehlen. Wir planen, im nächsten oder darauffolgenden Jahr wieder zu kommen. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön!
