From the elevated position of the house you will enjoy panoramic views of Navarino bay, the island of Sfakteria and the picturesque town of Pilos with its Venetian castle.
You will be able to choose among a wide range of gorgeous sandy beaches only few minutes away. You will experience the beauty and tranquility of the amazing Greek countryside. This beautiful detached house has one bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. A living room with sofa-bed, arm chairs, and dining table. The house has an open plan kitchen with a full size cooker, large fridge freezer, kitchen hood, oven, toaster, coffee machine plates, cups, pots, frying pans etc. The comfy bathroom is with shower. Both bedrooms and the living room have air-condition. The living room leads out to a large balcony with excellent sea view.

Wonderful holiday home

We loved our stay in Gialova. An amazing location full of great beaches and fascinating history. The accomodation was superb - the kids loved the pool while we loved the views from the balcony.

Excellent villa within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants

The villa was situated in a complex of quite a few villas but there was a high degree of privacy, peace and quiet which made it easy to relax. There were stunning views over the bay looking across to Pylos. The hosts live within the complex but were unobtrusive, polite and helpful and speak good English. The attractive port of Pylos which has more facilities and supermarkets is a 15 minute drive.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay. Very friendly contact, lots of good advices on what to do nearby. Great house with very nice pool. In the house even the towel and sheets are exchanged on a regular basis, something we didn’t even expect. We enjoyed every moment and strongly recommen renting.

Great place to stay

This was a perfect find for us, staying with our adult son. The place is small, but functional, modern and clean. We appreciated the dishwasher, as we had breakfast, and sometimes snacks, at home, but were mostly about, or lounging at the pool. A breathtaking view, and things to visit as well as amenities close by. We had the host's phone number, but didn't need to reach out, as everything worked smoothly, including the cleaning of the apartment and pool. We can highly recommend it.

The houses are positioned on a small hill above the bay of Navarino in an old olive grove, most of them offering really nice views and access to the most beautiful beaches within only a few minutes. There are small paved roads guiding to the houses, allowing direct access with the car. The rooms are very clean and functional, equipment of houses could partly be improved for daily life needs. Furniture was partly new, partly not new. A defect door was repaired immediately and within only few minutes. The shared washing machines cost 5, detergent included, the contact to the owners is supportive and very friendly. The pool was very nice and frequently cleaned, the pool area could be nicer though. The house was cleaned every three days. We would stay there again because we feel it is a very good offering with only a few minor points to improve.

Great view with lovely pool

The welcome was basically a key and a QR code. The villa was fine with lovely view and excellent private pool. The awning apparatus needs lubrication and the bedroom shutter is broken. There were only 2 dishwasher tablets and we were expected to buy absolutely every other basic requirement. Nothing provided. The villa is up a very steep hill. The host allowed us to use the washing machine. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The area is fabulous

Manager invaded our privacy

Complete disrespect of our privacy… simply outrageous! Our villa (one of many) is on a hillside,surrounded by olive trees, and discreetly situated to maximise privacy with an outstanding view of the village below. What was unfortunately also unforgettable was the villa owners (Yiannis) total disrespect regarding our privacy. On three seperate occasions he entered our (locked villa) to check if we’d left the air conditioner on while we were out “To save the environment…” The last time he did this we’d left our children in the (again locked!) villa to buy milk & bread locally, only to discover that during our 12 minute absence, he’d entered the villa (with his master key) and this had frightened our children. Outrageous, disgraceful behaviour! The like of which I’ve never before experienced in my entire travel history. Great villa & location but if you value your privacy… beware.

I rent 45 tourist propeties. I do this since 1992. My tourist properties are highly scored for privacy. In this 30 years, I never came across with such impolite, rude, irresponsible behavor . They literally vandalized the property. While they were not in the house they left 4 aircondition units on, windows open, all the lights on and the main door UNLOCKED. I left a polite note that running the airconditions while not in the house it is waste of energy and bad for the enviroment, which as you see, Mrs Sipovac ironically mentions in her comment. You, who read this, and have concerns about enviroment, sustainability and climate change, Mrs Sipovac is simply ignoring you (if not loughing at you). I went to the property, nocked the door, Mrs Sipovac opened. I have greet her politely and got a rude reaction: "stay there" . The husband of Mrs Sipovac came to "speak" to me. Smelling cigateretes and alcohol, he could not make a sentenece without using the word f---k. Completley rude, using a street language infront of his frightened, very young kids and his proud wife. The days that followed Mrs Sipovac and her husband failed to follow the rules of the house. Most irresponsible behavor was that 2 young kids around the age of 5 were left alone next to the pool.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem grandiosen Blick auf´s Meer

Das Haus ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist toll (immer 1,60 cm tief) und der Blick von der Terrasse/Poolbereich traumhaft. Nach Gialova braucht man 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Traumhafte Strände in der Nähe. Kontakt zum Yiannis (Vermieter) war super und unsere Bitte nach einem weiteren Bettlaken wurde selbst am Abend noch umgehend erfüllt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre super. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

The apartment has a spectacular view and is in a nice neighborhood. Not close to the beach, but that was not a problem for us. Initially we were disappointed that the place lacked a few "essentials": paper towels, soaps, etc, but the manager was very accommodating and did provide them on request.

Plek op terug te keren

Prachtig landgoed met goede infrastructuur, mooie oude bomen en heel veel bloeiende beplanting. De gelijkvloerse, comfortabele, vrijstaande woning (2 slaapkamers met privé zwembad) biedt heel erg veel privacy en vanaf het terras dagelijks zicht op de zonsondergang boven de Costa Navarino. Niet alleen de woning, het gehele complex oogt zeer goed onderhouden en schoon terwijl de eigenaars zeer servicegericht zijn. Gialova met tal van goede restaurants, is op een paar autominuten goed bereikbaar. Wij hebben genoten van ons 14-daagse verblijf en zijn zeker van plan om terug te komen.

Top Adresse , alles gut organisiert, gute lage

Koordinaten sind sehr genau, Haus ist super ausgestattet, WM, GS, vorhanden und fast neu, kühl und Gefrierschrank ist ausreichend, Pool ist super und groß, es kommt 2x die Woche jemand zum reinigen, Handtücher werden gewechselt. Es ist gut durchorganisiert und sehr kundenfreundlich ausgelegt.

Beautiful views

Nice villa among others but feels secluded due to lovely planting . Situated above little town with nice restaurants . Amazing sea views and nearby beaches . Only reservation for families is pool has no shallow end and at 5’3” I couldn’t touch the bottom .kids of 8 and 10 still enjoyed though .

Lovely villa just 10-15 walk from Gialova's seafront, but far enough from the main road to be quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the bay, especially at sunset. It's not overlooked at all so does feel really private. We did not get the exact villa pictured in the listing (they have a few in the same small area) but I think they are all very similar and we were extremely happy with our stay.
