Nice apartment recently renovated with high quality standards. It is 150 m from the beach in the best area of ​​Playa Migjorn where the water is turquoise and fine sand, less density of people and unforgettable sunset and next to the legendary Pirata Bus bar.
It is located in a farm surrounded by pines and junipers.

The apartment has a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, refrigerator and a small seating area with table and armchair-bed. The bedroom area is spacious with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, it also has a TV,
It has a full bathroom with shower.
Outside they have an area with a high table and a very nice porch

Fantastic location very proximal to prime beach areas on Migjorn near Chiringuito Km11. Pleasant and private outdoor space including outdoor shower, seating area, table etc. Clean interior with AC and fast wifi. A great find for a stay in Formentera.

Charming place for a stay in Formentera. Amazing location by prime beach areas near Km11 of Migjorn. Great outdoor space including outdoor shower, seating, table, etc. Clean studio with fast wifi, AC. Well appointed for two people or solo. Even extended my stay as this is a great find!
