In a Villa s first floor is located 62 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.
Apartment is 62 m² big and brand new with a view of sea and half island. It s a two bedroom apartment with a living room ( corner set & indoor fireplace), bathroom, dining room and kitchen. It s in the quiet family neighborhood .

Our 3 star apartment provides comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy our Spacious beds (1,8x2m & 1,6x2m + extra bed), watching Smart TV 55“ 139 cm, surfing web, cooking, barbecuing or swimming in great outdoor pool. Apartment is situated in the a Villa DOEL in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with a view of sea and downtown Zadar. It s close to the sea, several city beaches and center of Zadar. The apartment is new, has two sleeping spaces, bathroom, living room and a kitchen.Nearby( 400m) are markets, restaurants, marina Uskok and marina Borik, kids playground and few beautiful beaches(Uskok & Borik).

The sea is just across the street and the beach is just a few minutes walking
You can go to the old town in 5 minutes by taking bus across the street.
