The residence La Collina consists of two buildings divided into several apartments and an apartment next to the pool. This apartment located on the ground floor of the yellow house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bright and spacious living area and a beautiful terrace with unparalleled lake view.
All apartments have a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The garden with the fabulous panoramic infinity pool makes you feel in a little corner of paradise in complete relaxation and after a swim you can delight yourself with a barbecue party in the nearby barbecue area.
The property has several common areas including: outdoor infinity pool, parking, barbecue area, bike shelter area, outdoor and indoor play area, large garden and laundry.
