Hydeaway 7 Grafton Towers is a spacious second floor apartment with sea views over the estuary to Prawle Point, situated between North Sands and South Sands beaches in Salcombe.
Sleeping four people, the property has one double en-suite bedroom, and one twin room, plus a small family bathroom. There is also a bespoke kitchen, dining area and sitting room. To the side of the apartment is a private decked balcony, whilst guests can also enjoy the use of a large communal landscaped garden, and parking for one car. Situated in a beautiful position, within easy reach of Salcombe’s beaches, Hydeaway is the perfect property for a seaside break.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

Comfortable apartment with fine views
The apartment is very comfortable with breathtaking views over the estuary and located between two beautiful sandy beaches. The kitchen appliances are of good quality but oven showing its age. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything you need for self catering, if required. The decking and bbq area at the rear of the property is in need of a some attention to being it up to date. Located 30 minute walk from the town centre with steep hills either side but some very nice local walks to be had.
