Kefalonia bungalows

The complex consists of 5 bungalows and is located on a spacious, well-groomed territory. Here you will find palm trees, neatly trimmed lawns, and eucalyptus framing the area.

Each bungalow offers 2 bedrooms, compact kitchen and dining area, bathroom with WC, washbasin, shower.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, sink and fridge. Here, the guests will find the necessary kitchen utensils.

Located in the kitchen area, air conditioning will bring coolness to the bedrooms.
The bungalows are designed for 4-5 people. Both bedrooms have 2 single beds each. For the fifth guest we will prepare a cot.

A small veranda, where it is nice to sit with friends or family, will certainly please our guests.

The nearest beach of Spartia (Klimatisias) is at a distance of about 950 m. This picturesque beach is ideal for families with small children. Soft sand, shallow warm waters, and charming coast - all this is within 3 min drive from the bungalows. The road from the sea to the complex goes uphill, so we believe that you need to have a car. If you need help with a transfer or car rental, we will be happy to arrange this for you.

On the way to the beach you will find the Isalos fish tavern and the Panas restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious international and local dishes.

In the center of the village of Spartia, which is about a kilometer away, there are also a couple of taverns and mini markets. Goods from the mini market can also be ordered by phone. Delivery is free.

At a distance of 5-10 kilometers from the houses you will find several wonderful beaches: Termanti, Ema at Cape Liakas, Agios Thomas, Trapezaki, Lourdas and others.

A car is required as the distance and hills to both the beach and shops is too far to walk. Excellent place to stay and a great holiday.

Voiture indispensable car le logement est situé à 10' de voiture de la 1ière plage. Série de 4 bungalows malheureusement tous loués lors de notre passage ce qui visiblement n'est pas prévu au niveau de la puissance électrique du domaine occasionnant tous les jours des coupures de courant rendant le frigo, les ventilateurs, la climatisation... hors d'usage. Il faut sortir pour ré-enclencher le disjoncteur général. A par ce problème, rien d'autre à signaler.

The place was nice and quiet. Huge well-groomed territory with spacious gazebo and BBQ. Local beaches are absolutely charming though you need a car to reach them. We were allowed to stay until the evening time on the departure date as we had a late flight which was great. Overall, a pleasant stay.
