About this property

Villasanta is new built Villa. Villa is situated near the centre of the village Marusici, directly above the private beach (small rise). It has best sea view, extra big terraces and access to different beaches in 50-70 m distance to the water.
Every room has it own 6 m2 and air conditioning. Also extra toilette for your guests. Outdoor POOL plus BBQ- Lounge Area for all guests in are place where all the guests have their place to get together and relax. We (family Zuzul) have 30 years experience in tourism and this new Villa should be our best project so far. Villa has 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment suitable from 2-6 person per apartment.

Great stay, even better view…!!!

Besides the steep road to het to the apartment and stairs to get to the beach the apartment itself is first class and hosted perfectly. If you want a romantic view this is the place to be!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Der Weg zum Meer ist zwar beschwerlich, aber machbar. Leider der Strand und Anfang im Meer mit großen und kleinen Steinen. Beides (Strand und der Weg ins tiefe Wasser) nur mit Wasserschuhen begehbar. Unser Hund wurde herzlich aufgenommen. Alles in allem waren es schöne 10 Tage.

Schöne Appartements, nette Vermieter und Top Rezeption

Der Aufenthalt in dem Appartment war großartig! Jelena von der Rezeption ist immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Zuzul unkompliziert und mit schnellen Antworten. Der private Strand mit Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten der Strandsachen im Strandhaus, eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm machten den Ab-und Aufstieg über dir ca. 260 Stufen viel komfortabler. WIR können Urlaub in einem der Appartments der Familie Zuzul nur empfehlen: egal ob als Familie oder Paare, ob für kurze oder längere Zeit! Die Lage nahe Omis machen viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung möglich: Rafting, Zipline, Bootsausflüge, Tropfsteinhöhle, Fort Klis, Split und vieles, vieles mehr sind leicht zu erreichen.
