Very nice "European" house in a residential neighborhood at 12 min. (on foot) from the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac (west).
All equipped
You come only with your clothes
The owner occupies the first floor - but works from Monday to Friday out of the house
Each level with its independent entrance
3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms per floor
Large dressing room for the Master bedroom with its spacious bathroom (double sinks, bath and Italian shower).
Very bright thanks to the windows overlooking the terrace.
