Wake up with birdsong in this well-planned family friendly house in Mae Phim which is located right by the saltwater swimming pool in the well kept Blue Mango area. Absolutely one of the best communities in Mae Phim. Enjoy a beautiful large garden with many trees and flowers. About 250 meters away you will find the ocean and miles of white sandy beaches. The village contains many restaurants and shops side by side. Seafood, Western and Mediterranean, and of course fabulous Thai food. The house, 125 square meters contains a large outdoor patio under the roof for your shadow. It has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Comfortable mattresses, air conditioning and fans in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large wide slide door facing the patio directly from your bed. And you have a lot of space in the wardrobes for your clothing in both bedrooms. But you don't use much clothing in Mae Phim. Shorts and swim clothing will be your favorite fashion. Sometimes a better shirt if you are planning some fine dining or visit Bangkok or Rayong for shopping. The living room in the house is large, an open solution with a well equipped kitchen. You will find the music box and a cable TV in front of the comfortable sofa. Wide slide doors to the patio give it an airy feel and the room gets nice lightning during da as well at evening. No real insight into the house, because of the beautiful garden gives you a sense of privacy in the even if there is a lot of windows. A large parking place for your car or motorbikes and two bicycles you are free to use. If you need some help, contact the office two minutes away and they will take care of you. The village has a 24/7 guardedness system that is also available for your help or needs if you do so. The community with all the about 70 houses in different sizes is well kept and taking good care of all the current areas possible to use. So why not play a game of badminton on the grass lawn by the swimming pool or some boules at the lane nearby.
