Enjoyed the 3 days stay with family. Super clean property and spacious with lots of games. The beds were little uncomfortable but everything else no complaints. Will be happy to come back.
ONLY minus (other than the “rona” ) was the road filled with potholes- and favorite restaurants not open—- cabin and experience was great! Would stay again
Beautiful cabin, Very spacious, Plenty of activities for all ages, Perfect for our family. We only left cabin for a couple of hours, to shop of course.
This property was exactly as advertised! It met all of the needs of our 12 member family. I could go on and on, but, basically, you can’t go wrong staying here!
This property is gorgeous! We loved the location, the huge windows letting in all the natural light, basically everything about this place. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets if we needed them. The hot tub was a huge hit. We will be back!
Spent 4 days and had an absolute blast. Large dining room table was great for family games of dominos and Phase 10. The ladderball and cornhole games outside made us instant converts. Our last night concluded with a ladderball tournament. Place was clean and well stocked in all respects. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cabin and surroundings
The cabin was beautiful and roomy. It provided lots of things for activities for the children. I recommend that you provide hangers for the closets. People don’t pack those. Also, the swing set needs to be secured to the ground. We had a 3 and 6 year olds swimming and someone had to stand to make sure it didn’t move. The television downstairs didn’t change channels. We called someone and they were out the next day to fix it.
We loved sitting by the fire pit each night. One of the turquoise chairs broke so we placed in the trash. It was cracked when we got there.
You have a lovely cabin!
1) the TV sound in the living room is going out. TV needs to be replaced. Very frustrating when trying to watch TV in the main room.
2) the fire place kept loosing gas and turning off. Maintenance guy looked at it but couldn't fix. Kind of frustrating because the fire place warmed up the living room and added to the ambiance.
3) the mattresses were squeaky and not comfortable. Pillows flat and not comfortable either.
Otherwise great house and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was amazing, checking in & out was with ease, no problem whatsoever! No need to pack much, the cabin had everything you csm possibly need . . . Our groups age range was varied and the little community had something to offer for everyone!
This was my 5th or 6th cabin I’ve booked at Beavers Bend in the last few years and it was great. It’s close to the restaurants and convenient store which also made it convenient but still tucked away in the woods.
This is a perfect house for three families with teens. Teens get occupied with games on free time and adults have enough space in the living room to sit and have a relaxing fun time. Bonfire/firepit and some outside games are worth to spend some leisure time together. The kitchen is well maintained.
Park is close by with 10 min drive away. Walmart and other stores within 10 miles for your grocery needs. Maintained surrounding areas for your relaxing morning or evening walk or any time walk or jogging. Saw deers family 2 times in 3 nights' visit.
It's worth the money spent.
The house itself is beautiful and my family had a wonderful time spending a few days here at
Christmas! I would suggest to invest in a new living room couch. It was extremely uncomfortable! Also, this cabin needs some new bathroom towels and wash cloths. They are very thin. Also, the kitchen needs some hot pads. But other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, bowls, small appliances, and utility items for cooking! The beds were squeaky but comfortable. The young adults enjoyed the pool table and game room. And older adults enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit! Overall, we had a wonderful time together as a family in Broken Bow!! Thank you!

Perfect Place!
The property was wonderful, clean and very spacious. The only complaint I have is the other cabins are very close and every night we could hear the neighbors until the early morning. The hot tub also didn’t work although we inquired about it before we arrived and were told it had been fixed. However our friends and family had a great time and would definitely recommend the area maybe just a different cabin!
Pros:
•location is great close to state park and stores.
•Kitchen was great w/plenty of pots/utensils.
•outdoor deck and fire pit were great.
Cons: •potholes on main road going in and out.
• Horseshoe pit needed upkeep or rake/hammer to Fix up.
•several of the beds were pretty bad.
•remote controls did not switch inputs on TV for firestick/roku device we brought.
•couch was pretty uncomfortable.

Okay But Not Great
Property was clean when we arrived. Family room furniture is pretty outdated and uncomfortable. Some in our group complained of uncomfortable mattresses. One bedroom had a faulty ceiling fan/ light. We chose this location because of the hot tub. Unfortunately it did not come on when we attempted to start it. I called the # listed and a maintenance person called me back. The tub was only half full of water and did not appear to have been cleaned. Maintenance person did not come out. We added water to tub. The next evening we tried again, same thing. Called the # again, gave information to person, no one ever called us back. We were afraid to touch anything due to the warnings in the household manual about being responsible for repair cost. Needless to say the hot tub was a bust. Layout of house is great for a group, kids enjoyed the outside area. Dishwasher was sort of falling apart but worked. Overall we enjoyed the house and 8location but wish hot tub would have gotten repaired and kirchen had been stocked better. Would also be nice to have a few bathroom toilet articles; body wash, shampoo, lotion.
