Great property! The host was wonderful and immediately available next door to the property. The property is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to the historical area and multiple parking lots. Very pet friendly. Hughly recommend.

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern aufs Herzlichste empfangen - ganz liebe und aufmerksame Eheleute! Das hübsch eingerichtete Studio war blitzsauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch der Garten mit den Landschildkröten ist bezaubernd und strahlt eine ruhige Atmosphäre aus. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkieren kann man direkt vor dem Haus.

Sehr nette Gastgeber! Schöne, gut ausgestattete,saubere Wohnung. Bequemes Doppelbett ,Klimaanlage,Ventilator,großer Kühlschrank,Kochutensilien,Kaffeemaschine ,etc. Stadtmitte 2Km,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Min. Fussmarsch. Das einzige Vermouthtropfen war... ich musste 12€ / Nacht für unseren kleinen Havaneser bezahlen. Ansonsten sehr empfelungswert.

Eine schöne Woche in Rovinj

Kleines, aber sehr feines Appartement, ausreichend für 2 Personen. Sehr sauber und vor allem zentrumsnah gelegen, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Vor allem die Vermieter sind hervorzuheben, sehr herzlich. Haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großzügiges Apartement mit allen Küchenutensilien die man braucht. Sehr, sehr freundliche, liebevolle Besitzer welche im Haupthaus wohnen. Super war der eigene Parkplatz hinter dem Gartentor. Das beste für uns war die kleine Terrasse mit Markise welche abgeschlossen, sprich für sich war. Unser Hund konnte sich somit frei bewegen wenn wir zu Hause waren und musste somit nicht an der Leine leben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und fanden das Apartment für 2 Personen mit Hund perfekt geeignet. Die Terasse war hundesicher umzäunt mit einer Markise für zusätzlichen Sonnenschutz. Anna-Maria, die Hausherrin spricht hervorragend deutsch und gibt auch gerne gute Restaurant Tipps. Die moderne Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei, muss aber mit 8 € pro Wäsche extra bezahlt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Хорошие апартаменты, приятные владельцы, тихий район. На кухне много посуды, большой телевизор, хорошая кровать. До центра 15-20 минут пешком, в 100 метрах расположены основные супермаркеты города, удобно все покупать. Есть терраса, правда она не совсем приватная, мимо проходят владельцы. В целом, если бы не минусы, поставил бы 10 баллов Не понравилось · Мы выбирали апартаменты по 3 параметрам: частная парковка, Wi-fi и наличие стиральной машины. По всем трем оказалось все не очень: 1. Частная парковка. Да, она есть, но по приезду она была занята одной из машин владельцев (они живут в основном доме, а эти апартаменты пристройка) и нам было предложено запарковаться на пустыре в 100 метрах. Вечером обратился с просьбой о перемещении автомобиля на частную парковку, вопрос был решен. 2. Wi-Fi. Да он номинально есть, даже 2 соединения предложили, но роутер находится в основном доме и в апартаментах сигнал в гостиной на минималке, а в спальне интернета нет вообще. Да и в гостиной он периодически подвисает. Для меня это оказалось главным разочарованием. 3. Стиральная машина. Она есть. Новенькая, красивая. Но есть одно большое НО. Над ней имеется надпись, что стирка стоит 8 евро. WTF. Откуда в апартаментах на окраине города стоимость использования стиральной машины больше, чем на круизных лайнерах и топ отелях. Просто непонятно с чем это связано. Из мелочей: нет заявленного утюга, не было разделочной доски, пришлось просить отдельно

Das Gastgeberpärchen war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei jeglichen Fragen geholfen und alles für uns organisiert. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kommt zu Fuß in die Altstadt, ein Fahrrad ist jedoch empfehlenswert. Der WLAN Empfang könnte besser sein.

Entspannter Urlaub in netter Umgebung bei suuuper Wetter !! Nette Vermieterin, tolle Lage - Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick, Konzum nur 5 Minuten entfernt (Brötchen usw), 5 Minuten zum Strand bzw. 10 Minuten ein anderer Strand. 25 Minuten Spaziergang in die Altstadt, gerne wieder!

Apartman je za dalju preporuku svakako. Udobnost, lokacija, čistoća, komunikacija sa hostom. Definitvno bih se ponovo vratila. Prostor je dovoljan za čak 5 osoba.
