In a privileged environment, 10 minutes walk from the center of Llanes, we offer two luxury villas designed to make you feel at home.
The Cool Houses are two chalets located in the urbanization "La Carua" about 500 meters from the center of the town of Llanes, which can be reached in 5-10 minutes by a beautiful path that borders the river Carrocedo.
Each of the apartments has an area of 80m2, distributed on one floor, has a porch of 15 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and a private garden of 90 m2, completely independent.
Both apartments have two bedrooms, one with a double bed (width of 1.50cm) and another with two single beds of 1.05cm, two bathrooms, an integrated living-dining room and kitchen, a porch, a private garden and two beds of parking inside the property.
They have a luxury equipment, complete kitchens (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob ...), flat screen TV in the living room, bathrooms with two sinks and 1,20x0,80cm shower tray, etc ...
Baby cot and bathtub are provided. It has Wifi.
