This building is located in a privileged enclosure of the Costa Brava, next to the attractive and quiet Cala Sa Boadella, where the traveler can contemplate a virtually untouched landscape. It is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the area, surrounded by nature and gardens ideal for family relaxation. It is a duplex apartment with a large balcony terrace and a 50m2 rooftop solarium. It has a living room with a flat-screen TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette with a washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It has two independent rooms, one with a double bed with direct access to the terrace, and the other with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Paid parking option.

The community area has two large swimming pools, football and basketball courts, playground, gazebo, etc. In the surrounding area there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets and shops.

The apartments are a 5-minute walk from Cala Boadella, 1 km from Lloret de Mar center, 32 km from Girona Airport, a 50-minute drive from Barcelona and 3.3 km from WaterWorld. Places of great cultural interest like the botanical gardens of Santa Clotilde and Piña de Rosa are a few meters away.

Sejour a Fenals

Les +: résidence très agréable,bien entretenue a proximité de la plage, appartement bien distribue avec une terrasse superbe et une belle vue sur la mer Les _: l agence ne se déplace même pas pour nous expliquer la procédure d arrivée très compliquée avec plusieurs portes dans des bâtiments différents, un vrai jeu de piste ! Le ménage était très moyen et l appartement est très mal équipé, très peu de vaisselle et surtout pas de housse sur les matelas...pas très agréable ! !
