Its southern exposure guarantees light-filled rooms located in a quiet residential area, outside the city, with its own private terrace. Due to the hillside location of the property, you have an overwhelming panoramic view. In the communal area there is a fantastic pool with integrated waterfall and grotto, a chill-out sofa corner, as well as a wellness area with whirlpool ( solar-powered ) There is also a sauna - for a fee. The barbecue area, equipped as an outdoor kitchen with a large brick charcoal barbecue, gas hob, microwave, small fridge, dishwasher and full crockery service invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together. With many terraces available, you will always find a place of peace to relax and enjoy the fantastic view.
