Fewo in ruhiger, grüner Wohnlage. Ideal um die Costa Brava zu erkunden. Allerdings ist ein Auto notwendig, auch um zum Meer zu gelangen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist ca 500 m entfernt.Die Fewo ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet mit großen Schiebefenstern und Zugang zum Balkon.Hanglage für Gehbehinderte durch abfallende Stufen nicht geeignet.

Im Ferienhaus besteht dringender Renovierungsbedarf: ausgebrochener Fensterladen, angerostete Handtuchhalter, wackeliger Bettrücken, Terrassenmöbel mit Beschädigungen, ausgeschlagene zusammengewürfelte Teller,… kurz: Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Lage und Sauberkeit in Ordnung.Kamera im Wohnzimmer! Hoffe, wir haben den richtigen Stecker gezogen!

Lieu magnifique, au calme, belle vue et piscine au top! Par contre, intérieur du logement aménagé au rabais:plusieurs prises électriques qui ne fonctionnent pas. Un fauteuil à moitié cassé. Pas de couette adaptée au lit. On se prend du courant dans la cuisine; aucun ingrédient ds la cuisine (pas même du sel!). Pas de balais et un aspirateur cassé.Et aucun produit pour nettoyer. Il faut TOUT apporter. Et déco (meubles et "tableaux?") ringarde et premier prix.

Emplacement tres agreable et calme

La maison est au calme avec une jolie vue sur mer. La crique avec son accès "aventure" est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. La maison est grande, la cuisine je pense refaite récemment avec du très bon électroménager. La douche un peu vieillotte, je pense que ce sera le prochain point d'amélioration de la maison :)

Bei Ankunft kein fließendes Wasser für Toilette,Dusche etc. Nach Stunden mit Eigeninitiative hatten wir dann endlich Wasser Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde die Außendusche nicht instand gesetzt

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Christian. Elle est bien située : Proche d'une jolie crique (difficile d'accès mais c'est justement ce que les enfants ont adoré) et de la plage; et à la fois au calme, car à l'écart des deux stations balnéaires. La maison est bien équipée. Le lit dans la chambre parentale serait à changer...c'est le seul petit bémol. Christian c'est montré disponible et sympathique et nous avons été bien accueillis également par l'agence qui s'occupe de la maison sur place.

Erholung pur!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet ( W-Lan, deutsches Fernsehen, etc.) und sauber + alles funktioniert. Der Ausblick ist super und durch die ruhige Lage konnten wir uns super erholen. Das Wetter hat natürlich auch mitgespielt und uns 14 sonnige Tage beschert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend!! Alles in allen sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Urlaub!!

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Wer auf deutsches Fernsehen nicht verzichten kann braucht sich keine Sorgen machen, denn es ist vorhanden. Man kann sich wunderbar erholen und der Gemeinschaftspool in unmittelbarer Nähe ist gross, sauber und Liegen + Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden ( ohne dass man die mit seinem Handtuch reservieren muss :-) ) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist wunderbar und überaus freundlich!! Wenn wir wieder in Spanien Urlaub machen sollten, werden wir das Objekt auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Schönes, gepflegtes und solides Ferienhaus in bevorzugter Lage

Wir haben uns hier sehr erholt. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, fast am Ende einer nur von wenigen Bewohnern der benachbarten Ferienhäuser befahren Wohnstraße. Diese Straße endet nach ein paar hundert Metern in einem Wald. Vom Balkon sieht man ins Grüne, da das Haus oberhalb eines engen bewachsenen Tales liegt. Etwas seitlich nach links hat man einen weiten bezaubernden Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.
