The accommodation comprises of a large double bed studio/sitting room, TV and Wi-Fi, separate bathroom with shower etc, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine. The back door leading off the kitchen leads to a lovely patio area and pond and the gardens are communal to be enjoyed.The property is very close to New Southgate mainline train services, Arnos Grove Tube (Piccadilly Line) and bus terminals serving the whole of London, all within easy walking distance. No parking restrictions on roadside and North Circular just a couple of minutes drive with excellent connections to Motorways. Local shops, restaurants
