This rental was 5 star all the way. Super clean, accommodations were up to date and communication with owner was very easy. Great location and close to downtown Delray and Boca. If you are a college family visiting your kids at FAU this rental is perfect for you. We had a blast and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay in Delray

We really enjoyed our stay in Delray. The pool was fantastic, the townhouse was spacious and great for our family group. Communication was wonderful and we will definitely look for this location again on future trips!

Excellent Well Kept Property

The house was beautiful, has all the amenities you could ever need and very close to shopping and the beach. Would highly recommend the property and the owners. They were very communicative and attentive. The washer drain pump went out during our stay and they made sure it got fixed promptly. Would highly recommend spending your vacay here!

Great place to stay!

Myself and two buddies came down for a fishing trip. Communication with Alan before our trip was very clear and understanding of our late arrival day of check in. Located in a great area close to everything. Never had to wait more than 10 to have an Uber driver there to pick us up. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was located in a great location. Close to restaurants, 10 min from nightlife (Atlantic ave). I was a little disappointed because the listing showed a pool which I assumed was private for this particular house. It was a community pool. Excellent Stay

We couldn't have asked for better renters. Alan and Andrea responded immediately when we had any issues. It was in a great neighborhood and the tenants were fabulous. The only issue was on google maps it doesn't give correct direction to the house and we had to figure out how to get to the street by ourselves not any reflection on the owners.

Lovely Place

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property, this year! It is beautiful inside and the pics represent it well. Host responds promptly and the neighbors are friendly. There's everything you need including bikes and a basketball goal in the garage. My grandtwins both play and loved practicing. And don't miss out on the pool!! Will most certainly be back!!

Bedroom furniture

I have noticed when I rent places that the lack of furniture in the bedrooms. There were no dressers in either of the 2 bedrooms, so we had nowhere to put our clothes if we wanted to unpack the suitcase. I have also noticed that theshowers (that are not stalls) have no grippy stuff on the floor of the showers so it makes it very dangerous to take a shower. I see there is a mat to put in the tub, but was not sure how clean that was. The shower stall in the master bedroom was great.

Quiet, comfortable, & close to everything

This is a great rental house. All of the beds were really comfortable and the house is kept clean. Pictures are accurate for the listing and many conveniences were available. Everything a party of 5 would need was findable & available. I did not find the community pool, but the beach is so close we spent our time there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house for anybody looking to be close to shopping and all things beach life, but also a quiet cozy neighborhood.

Best Neighborhood Ever

My business partner and I went down for the Barrett Jackson Car auction recently. The property was as advertised and the host was very responsive on all counts. This is a condo style building with neighbors on both sides and they are awesome as well. Everyone is so nice. The place was quiet and would make a great place to retire. Anything you may need is right there! I will definitely recommend to others. They even have a crib in one room for the little ones.

Lovely home, great communication, excellent area.

We loved our time at the Delray Beach Getaway. We have three children, 8, 6 and 3. There was plenty of toys, puzzles, games and such setup for them. Lots of iguanas around too! The pool was nice, it's conveniently located around many major grocery stories, coffee shops, restaurants etc. We frequented Gulfstream Park. We're already looking at dates for Winter : ). Alan and I spoke quite a bit during our stay, he was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend staying here.
