About this property

Beautiful spacious apartment by the sea

Beautiful spacious 80m2 apartment, airy, 50 meters from the seafront, at the start of the Etang-Salé les Bains coastal path. Ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet, we are close to shops, the forest, cycle paths .... and a 10-minute walk from the small port and the beach.
We have rooms with high-end mattresses, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. These rooms are spacious and air conditioned.
In the living room, a sofa bed can still accommodate one person (see 2 children), a TV is available as well as wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle ...
You also have at your disposal a washing machine.
You will be pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment located on the first floor of our house, with its small garden and barbecue area.
You will be welcome in this corner of tranquility.

Séjour fantastique

Nous avons séjourné 12 nuits dans cette charmante location propre et décorée avec goût. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par pascasline et son mari. La location est grande et convient bien à une famille de 4 personnes (chacun a de la place et peut se trouver un coin tranquille). Elle est située à 30 mètres du front de mer et permet de voir le soleil se coucher avec un punch! Un séjour fantastique qui en appelle d'autres.

Un bel appartement très bien situé

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. L’appartement spacieux et bien équipé, bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt de l’Etang Salé et plus largement du Sud. Une bonne adresse, à un prix abordable.

Très agréable séjour au calme avec nos 3 enfants.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires que nous remercions pour les p’tits tuyaux intéressants à proximité. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et à proximité des commerces, de l’ocean et du magnifique sentier du littoral. A recommander !!
