Owner was not cooperative. Our flights were canceled. We asked to move reservation one day. Owner got mad. Very irrate with me and the VRBO representative. He sent me a message he canceled our reservations and DID NOT want to refund our money. VRBO did not hold the Owner accountable. Why?

This was a scam. This property was not available after paying for it months ahead of time. We arrived with our children to Cartagena and were told there was no reservation for us. Nobody knew at the complex which apartment it was supposed to be. We were also unable to contact the owner who never replied to my messages. Then, after hours an excuse was related to us that somehow we had cancelled the reservation. Which we obviously did not do. Because of the time of year it was very difficult to find another rental in the area. We were able to stay one night at another rental. Then the next day, thanks to the kind hearted people God sent our way we were able to find a more expensive place to stay some distance away the following day.

GREAT TRIP

I RESERVED THIS APPT. BUT THE PLACE DID NOT HAVE A LIVING ROOM SET SO I ASKED FOR ONE AND I BELEIVE I WAS CHANGED TO ANOTHER APPT. THE ONLY NEGATIVES: NO MICROWAVE, BROOM, COFFE MAKER, TOASTER OTHER THAN THAT A GREAT PLACE AND I WILL COME BACK
