The apartment is very comfortable and placed 8 minutes from downtown by tram. 10 minutes walking to Old Town. I lived for a long time in neighbourhood, so I can definitely recommend this localisation. Near, you have beautiful Park Ogród Krasińskich with fountains and magnificent Sculpture on Water.

You will have access to whole apartment. You can use anything you want :)

If you like, I will always meet my guest with pleasure. Of course, It s not needed. But, if you would like to met in person and talk a little bit, it s not a problem or me. :)

At the bottom of the building you will have shop, pharmacy, restaurant Cwiercfunciak with the best burgers in town. Also, there is cafeteria WARSAW PERK which interior was inspired by TV series "Friends". In the neighbourhood there is a lot of other shops and ATM machine. Also, opened by 24 hours in day. Modern hairdressing salons and beauty salons, gym, other restaurants and post office. You will have chance to see the most beautiful park in Warsaw, called Ogrodu Krasińskich and the greatest shopping center Arkadia.
There is a lot of parking spaces.

Apartment is placed next to tram station that is directly connected with Downtown area. 500 meters from place there is metro station, so you will have also easy connection to other parts of town. There is near to all districts in Warsaw. Definitely, you won t lose many time to see all place in this beautiful city.
